Product quality is great. Everything is as expected. Good packaging have one advice for all buyers. If you feel sound is not that good you can change audio mode(total 3 audio modes). Just press volume up and down simultaneously. You will feel the real voice. Sound quality and battery life are really awesome. No lag in audio. Thank You Telectronics for safely arranging this product.
